Sen. Cruz Blasts Biden Executive Action to Give Amnesty to Illegal Aliens

“This amnesty program allows illegal aliens to get citizenship and vote in future elections. Make no mistake: Joe Biden views every illegal alien as a future Democrat voter. That is why he is willing to look the other way while Americans are being murdered, our communities are being overrun by crime, and our young people are being poisoned by fentanyl flowing across the border—he views the American people’s suffering as an acceptable price to pay to gain future Democrat voters."

Governor Abbott Statement On President Biden’s Mass Amnesty Policy

"President Biden gaslighted the American people into thinking that he is taking real action to secure the border by issuing a hollow executive order that will instead invite thousands of unvetted illegal immigrants to continue crossing our southern border daily. He is now doubling down by offering mass amnesty to hundreds of thousands of illegal immigrants already in the country."

Congressman Randy Weber Introduces Resolution Condemning Biden Administration's LNG Ban

The Department of Energy (DOE) has already commissioned five studies to examine the effects of U.S. LNG exports. The results unanimously demonstrate the benefits to the U.S. economy and domestic natural gas prices. DOE has also issued two studies that examined the life cycle greenhouse gas impacts of U.S. LNG exports, showing strong environmental benefits. In fact, the two prior presidential administrations conducted these studies without blocking export permits.

Attorney General Ken Paxton Advises Texas Schools on the Application of Title IX After Recent Legal Victory

Because the court struck down the Biden Administration’s unlawful rule, Texas schools do not and should not adopt or enforce any of the policy changes contained in the rule. Texas students are now safe from losing their Title IX protections and the school districts are protected from the threat of the loss of federal funding.

Ban Sanctuary Laws

Your kids aren't safe even in broad daylight. An Ecuadoran migrant held a boy and a girl, both 13, at knifepoint in a park near their Queens school last week, molesting the girl and robbing them of their cellphones. There is a remedy. In November, voters everywhere, including New York City, will get to choose between the Democratic Party's open border policy and Republican former President Donald Trump's promise to crack down on illegal immigration and deport millions who are here illegally.

Sen. Cruz, Cong. Weber Push 'Officer John Barnes Act' to Eliminate Bureaucratic Barriers for Law Enforcement Officers in Crisis

“In America, we pride ourselves on supporting those who risk their lives to protect our communities – yet burdensome delays in our Federal Government have left officers like John Barnes waiting in limbo for over 6 years. This is unacceptable, and our law enforcement heroes deserve assistance without unnecessary obstacles hindering their access to vital benefits.” said Cong. Randy Weber.

Germans -- Even During the Hitler Era -- Were a Better People Than the Palestinians

Immediately after the burnings, rapes, mutilations and murders of Jews on Oct. 7, I was not alone in noting the one moral difference between Hamas and the Nazis: The Nazis tried to hide their crimes against the Jews from the German people (and the world) while Hamas proudly publicized their crimes against the Jews to the Palestinian people (and didn't mind that the world would inevitably see them bragging about killing Jews). In addition to videoing their atrocities, Hamas paraded captured Jews -- dead and alive, clothed and naked -- in front of cheering Palestinian crowds in Gaza.

Improving Servicemembers’ Quality of Life and Restoring American Military Might

They also deserve the best medical care possible. That’s why I was so alarmed to hear of incidents involving dirty surgical instruments at military hospitals — including one in Texas — that threatened the lives of servicemembers on the operating table. I introduced and passed an amendment in this year’s bill that requires a study to be carried out to get to the bottom of these tragedies and implement solutions to ensure they do not happen again.

Another Big Huge Biden Lie

All eyes were on Los Angeles Saturday night where the bragging point was supposed to be that President Biden was due to rake in (excited inhale here) $28 million. (Think Dr. Evil in the wrong time period.) Democrats were going to do this because the menace that supposedly is Donald J. Trump is about to turn the entire nation into some sort of concentration camp.

SEN. CRUZ: Let’s Be Clear - No One Is Trying to Ban IVF

"Today, Democrats staged a show vote in an effort to fearmonger over IVF. Let’s be clear: No one is trying to ban IVF. Not one senator. I voted against this legislation because it goes far beyond IVF. It is designed to be a backdoor to federalize abortion and other issues that are best debated and considered on their own merits, not hidden in a bill that purportedly addresses IVF," said Texas Sen. Ted Cruz.
