Donalds Leads Bipartisan Conservation Initiative To Expedite Government Efficiency At The Department Of Interior

State Wildlife Action Plans (SWAPs) are developed and submitted by states to the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS) to identify non-game species of greatest conservation need, so they don’t become threatened or endangered. Currently, there is no deadline for FWS to approve a complete SWAP once submitted by a state, and in most cases, approval can take over 18 months. 45 states have SWAPs due this year alone.

Trump's First Six Weeks Have Saved the Union

In his last “State of the Union” speech, on February 4, 2020, then-House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) was so enraged that she tore up his written remarks. This act of defiance was highly inappropriate and unprecedented. Republican House Speakers never acted in such a manner. Pelosi’s temper tantrum typifies how Democrats respond to President Trump. Instead of working with Trump to benefit all Americans, they engage in disgraceful outbursts of anger.

Cong. Fallon: How 'bout that First Full Month Under the New Trump White House?

Following his first full month back in the White House, President Trump will address a Joint Session of Congress tonight at 8:00pm CST. His administration has taken a tremendous amount of bold actions in a short period of time to carry out its 'America First' vision – and as a result, during the month of February we saw record low number of illegal border crossings. This is in stark contrast to the height of the Biden Border Crisis – when it was sometimes as high as 300,000 illegal crossings in just one month.

Cong. Sessions: Combating China on both the Financial, and the Criminal Fronts

Last Tuesday, the House Financial Services Committee held a hearing titled "Examining Policies to Counter China." To maintain the United States' position as the global financial leader, we must continue to champion free markets and capitalism, fostering an economic system that prioritizes innovation. While technological innovation is key to countering China’s influence, we must also protect our communities from threats like fentanyl trafficking, a crisis that is being fueled in part by China.

MOORE: For Whom the Zelle Tolls

One of the more baffling lawsuits in the final days of the Biden Administration was the complaint against Zelle, the popular money transfer network. The Consumer Finance Protection Bureau argued that – despite Zelle's service being free – the network's users were being ripped off. Now that the Trump White House has all but closed the CFPB down, the lingering lawsuit is the first of many that should be tossed out. The very people CFPB purports to be protecting, would be the victims here.

CONG. BABIN: Yes, It Is 'One Big, Beautiful Bill'

Last week, every single Democrat voted against cutting waste and preventing tax hikes on hardworking Families & Small Businesses when we passed a fiscally responsible Budget Resolution in the House that sets the stage for Extending the Trump Tax Cuts, Securing our Border, Unleashing American Energy, and Reining in Reckless Spending. This is the first step in undoing the damage of the past four years and restoring a pro-America Agenda – but don’t be misled by the liberal media’s fear tactics.

Since the launch of Operation Lone Star, the multi-agency effort has led to over 531,500 illegal immigrant apprehensions and more than 51,000 criminal arrests, with more than 43,700 felony charges. In the fight against the fentanyl crisis, Texas law enforcement has seized over 625 million lethal doses of fentanyl—enough to kill every man, woman, and child in the United States, Mexico, and Canada combined during this border mission.

BUCKINGHAM: We're Restoring the Rule of Law at the Southern Border!

As your Texas General Land Office Commissioner, I have directed the GLO to continue to use every tool at our disposal to help the Trump Administration secure our border – and in the past week I've joined the broadcasts of NewsNation and NewsMax to discuss putting a stop to the violence at the border. I’ve been very vocal in my support of – and resolved in my commitment to assist – President Trump’s mission to deport the dangerous criminal illegal immigrants on American soil.

MOREFIELD: Trump & Vance’s Finest Moment

Everything about President Donald Trump & Vice President JD Vance kicking Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky’s sorry, begging, petulant, pompous, entitled ass out of the White House last Friday is the perfect encapsulation of an "America First" foreign policy in practice – not just theory. This is exactly what I voted for, and I couldn’t be more proud of our leaders for practicing what they preach – consequences and optics be damned. If anyone can succeed, Americans are believing Donald Trump can.

FURLOW: Americans Catch On to D.C. Theatrics Attacking DOGE's Demands for Accountability

Here's a Novel Idea: Congress, the Trump White House, and DOGE could go a long way toward protecting the "Private Information & Data" of everyday Americans by reducing the amount of government regulation that collects so much of the stuff in the first place. This is precisely why the work of DOGE is so important – no matter how much barking comes out of D.C.'s Big Government Defenders.  Perhaps DOGE should look into Sunday's "60 Minutes" report detailing how the data of 250,000 American Taxpayers wasn't protected.

Conservatives, State of Texas Should Preserve Drug Discount Program 340B

It's time for all of us to ensure that those working tirelessly to root out waste, fraud and abuse in Washington, D.C. don't fall for the “fake news” that the media and others are spreading. Nationwide political chatter is focused on cleaning up the D.C. Swamp, cutting billions of fat in absentee employees, and stopping the Scandalous Boondoggle Spending – which is long, long overdue. Here's one effective tool to help working-class patients and providers – and prevent further stains on the American Taxpayer.

Here's How to Make Insurance in Texas More Affordable for More Texas Consumers

Texans are understandably concerned about the cost of Home Insurance – and have good reason to ask State Legislators to address the question of why they are increasing. Lt. Gov. Dan Patrick: Statement on the Unanimous Passage of Senate Bill 28 — Banning Lottery Couriers

In April of 2023, the biggest theft of citizens’ money happened when a foreign syndicate purchased 26 million $1 tickets in the Lotto Texas game. The winning prize had reached $95 million. Those tickets were all bought within 72 hours of the winning numbers being announced. The Lottery Commission not only inexplicably allowed this to happen but also provided extraordinary assistance in facilitating the printing of these tickets in several courier locations, one of which had little to no experience in printing tickets.
