Enforcing Immigration Laws Is Not the Moral Equivalent of the Holocaust

Whence cometh the conviction, in America and even more in Britain and Europe, that open borders are the only moral immigration policy? Of course, not everyone believes that, and many who do stop short of saying so. But the contrast between the rhetoric and policies of the first two decades of the century and those that have prevailed since President Donald Trump's election is unmistakable.

Last week, my fellow West Texas Congressman Jodey Arrington announced that he will not be seeking reelection for Texas's 19th Congressional District in 2026. No one has fought harder, or led with more conviction, than Jodey Arrington. As Chairman of the House Budget Committee, Jodey played a pivotal role in writing and passing the Working Families Tax Cuts (the One Big Beautiful Bill,) and this major victory will significantly benefit countless Families, Workers, and Small Business owners across the nation – and will be a cornerstone of his legacy.

The ‘Epstein Files’ Are Going to Be Released…What’s Next?

When a movie is hyped beyond belief, I lose interest long before it gets released. Not because the story or the actors are boring to me, but because there is no way it could ever live up to the buzz. Movie studios do this all the time, screwing themselves out of profit they otherwise would have had a pretty good chance of realizing, but politicians do it all the time, too. That’s what is happening with “The Epstein Files!”

Pushing Latest Anti-Trump Narrative, 'Epstein Epstein Epstein' Replaces 'Russia Russia Russia'

"There's not a single shred of evidence that links Donald Trump to a single crime. Not a victim, nor a court case links Donald Trump to a crime – and I know the media itself is aware of that. But the more you keep talking about it over and over again, linking Donald Trump to something potentially nefarious, that actually gets the news cycle going." After Democrats released three carefully selected emails out of context, Republicans responded by releasing all 20,000 documents.

McCAUGHEY: Beware Housing Bills With Socialist Goals

Connecticut's Democrat supermajority last week rammed through a bill that's a thinly disguised Socialist Wishlist. Cynically couched as a remedy for the "affordable housing crisis," its real purpose is ideological: forcing Connecticut's 169 towns to achieve "economic diversity." Translation: If you've worked hard to own a home in a leafy suburb with quiet streets, you can't live there unless everybody can – including the homeless and those with low incomes.

CONG. PFLUGER: Democrat's Shutdown, the Longest in History, is Over

For more than six weeks, Democrats proceeded to hold our country hostage over demands for taxpayer-funded health care for illegal aliens and trillions in wasteful spending. The irony is that, despite all their threats and lies, we are still in the same place with the same deal we had on day one of the shutdown. Democrats gained nothing, Republicans stayed united, and refused to cave to the Democrats’ radical demands.

MOORE: Want Lower Prices? More 'Affordability'? Move to a Red State

President Donald Trump said he would bring prices down, and since he became President in January, the inflation rate has fallen. If we go back to the start of COVID-19, we find that much of the recent rise in prices of things you buy today is because of Biden inflation, not Trump inflation. It's important to remember WHY – and a few examples of how – inflation soared to a high of 9% under Joe Biden.
