Fallon: Schumer Democrat Shutdown Continues into Second Month

House Republicans passed a clean continuing resolution (CR) at the end of September to keep the government funded at Biden-era levels, exactly what Democrats have previously supported. But Senate Democrats have since blocked it a total of 14 times, holding our nation hostage to push their far-left agenda. Their $1.5 trillion list of demands include free healthcare for illegal aliens and billions of wasteful spending overseas, all while American families struggle to put food on the table.

Sessions: On Government Shutdown

Over one month of the government shutdown. I remain ready to work with my Democrat colleagues on getting the government back open. However, Democrats are set on making the temporary COVID Obamacare premium tax credits permanent at an enormous cost to taxpayers. According to the Congressional Budget Office, doing so would increase the federal deficit by $350 billion over ten years, plus another $60 billion in interest costs, bringing total new spending to nearly $500 billion.

The Hunger Games

There are an estimated 42 million people receiving food aid from the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), formerly known as food stamps. The figure represents 12.3 percent of the U.S. population, according to the USDA. In the richest nation on Earth, that is not something to brag about. It is, or ought to be, a disgrace. SNAP is a casualty of the government "shutdown," though two federal judges have ordered the Trump administration to restore funds to the program.

Texas Named Top Business Climate In America For 3rd Year In A Row

Governor Greg Abbott celebrated Texas being named America’s Top Business Climate for the third year in a row by Site Selection magazine. New Yorkers Choose Socialism

The key to Mamdani's victory was twofold: First, Cuomo was a nincompoop governor who locked down the state's entire economy during Covid and ordered infected patients into nursing homes - a fatal decision which killed scores of elderly residents.  Second, Mamdani focused his entire campaign on "lowering the cost of living for working class New Yorkers." Too many voters accepted his ideas for government-owned grocery stores and free buses even though they were half-baked and unrealistic - as even the New York Times warned.

State Rep. Harrison Demands Immediate Action to Stop illegal Immigrant Vehicle Registration

"My office has received reports of illegal aliens registering their vehicles in Texas. Today, I'm demanding the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles take immediate action to stop this! The Texas government should be a force multiplier of President Trump’s efforts to combat illegal immigration – not enabling or incentivizing it. It is past time the Texas government starts acting like we are in a battle for the future of western civilization, because we are. F

McCullough: Democrat's, and Media's Competence Over Chaos

Sunday’s 60 Minutes interview with President Trump was footnoted by an interesting observation. As Norah O’Donnell wrapped up her 90-minute sit-down, she asked the president—now nearly a year into his new term—what he hoped to accomplish over the next three years. His answer was simple and revealing: “More of the same.” After arguably the most productive nine months of governance in American history, Trump doesn’t need to reinvent the wheel.

Cruz: Biden Administration Caught Spying on Nine U.S. Senators

The Biden administration has now been caught spying on nine U.S. senators, including me. That means that 20% of the Republicans in the Senate were targeted by the Biden DOJ. Judge Boasberg – a left-wing radical judge – signed an order ordering AT&T not to tell me that the DOJ was trying to get personal phone records. This is an absolute disgrace. My colleagues and I will continue fighting for Americans to make sure they are protected from a weaponized judicial system.
