Sen. Cruz Delivers Opening Remarks on Arctic Frost

If Watergate taught us anything, it is that even a single abuse of power—carried out by a handful of individuals—can shake the foundations of our Republic. But what we confront today—the Biden Administration’s Arctic Frost scheme—is not a single act. It is a modern Watergate—trading a break-in at one office for a digital sweep into approximately 100,000 private communications, more than a dozen Senators, and thousands of individuals’ lives.

Do Corporations Have a Fiduciary Duty to Leave High Tax States?

There used to be many business advantages for corporations to be headquartered in Silicon Valley and New York City or Chicago - despite the high taxes. But those advantages have all but dissipated. New York City’s hold as the financial capital has disappeared as firms flock to Miami and Dallas.  The fastest growing tech centers are in Salt Lake and Austin. Chicago was the city that worked. Now it’s the city that doesn’t work.

They’re Not Just Losing—They’re Collapsing

If you want to understand what’s really happening in Iran right now, don’t listen to the spin. Watch the behavior. Watch who’s being expelled. Watch who’s being deployed. Watch who’s suddenly willing to talk. Because when you line up the facts—not the narratives—you see something unmistakable: This isn’t a stalemate. This is a regime in collapse. According to U.S. leadership, Iran’s military—long hyped as a regional powerhouse—has been dismantled at a pace that even seasoned observers didn’t expect.

The military objectives — destroying the Navy, dismantling Iran's missile and drone production, and ensuring the regime never develops a nuclear weapon — are being accomplished quickly. And President Trump's recent attack on Kharg Island, which processes 90% of Iran's crude oil exports, is calling "checkmate" on the Supreme Leader.

Republicans Can Win on Healthcare Affordability

For most of the last 40 years, pollsters have asked voters: Which party do you trust more on healthcare? The answer has been pretty much the same over this whole period. Voters trust Democrats more, sometimes by a two-to-one margin. Well, the GOP certainly better start "doing healthcare," because the issue of medical care access and affordability is front and center for American families.

CONG. BABIN: Dem's Shutdown Drags On, as Trump Deploys ICE to Support Airports

As Barack Obama's former DHS Sect. said: “We're compromising security. These are people we expect to look for bombs on aircraft, and they’re not being funded.” Over 100,000 DHS employees have yet to receive a paycheck. TSA Agents are sleeping in their vehicles and donating plasma to support their families – while continuing to protect the traveling public. As 100s of TSA employees quit or call out sick, airports across the country are experiencing delays as the Democrat's Shutdown drags on.

DHS Shutdown Reaches 35th Day

It is incredibly disappointing that we are on day thirty-five of the Democrat shutdown of the Department of Homeland Security. Americans across the country are feeling the impact. I joined 'John Bachman Now' on Newsmax this week to call out my Democrat colleagues for keeping the DHS shutdown as Americans suffer the consequences. I also discussed why Senator Markwayne Mullin is the right person to lead the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).

Goodness Exists, Though You’d Never Know It From the Corporate Media

One of the first things I do every morning, even before I get out of bed, is check the news to discover if something good happened while I was asleep. I rarely find any such news. Just about all that is reported is crime, war, hatred, Democrats, Washington, D.C., California, New York City, the Middle East, Congress, China, Trump is Hitler, transgenderism, promiscuity and decadence, ad nauseam, ad infinitum. Every time I see a picture of Gavin Newsom, AOC, Nancy Pelosi, or Chuck Schumer, I want to puke.

Kathy Hochul Admits: The Rich Are Fleeing New York for Lower Tax Rates

We have a patriotic solution, Governor. Cut your highest in the nation tax rates.  Or, better yet, since you can't beat Florida, join 'em. Amazingly, Florida now has surpassed New York in population. But Albany spends twice as much as Tallahassee.  Yet Florida's public services are superior to New York's. How can a state with a zero income tax have better services and less debt than a state with a top rate of 10.9% statewide and 14.8% in New York City?
