Texas Legislators Need to Recognize, Data Center Growth is Key to State's Economy, Nation's Security

As President Trump has said, winning the AI Arms Race against China (and others) is key to U.S. National Security. And his commitment to the rapid development of additional Data Center & Energy Capacity in the U.S. will ensure we don’t allow China to beat us in the coming battle over data. Texas has a critical role to play in hosting these Data Centers – including the “the largest AI Infrastructure Project in history, by far,” the first $500 billion Stargate Project recently announced in Abilene, Texas.

Cong. Gonzales, Sen. Ernst Push Legislation to Combat Fentanyl Epidemic

"Make no mistake, the fentanyl crisis is not random — it’s an intentional act of war against the American people. Drug cartels have taken advantage of loopholes at our borders to peddle illicit drugs, and our communities are paying the price,” said Southwest Texas & Border Cong. Tony Gonzales, as he and Sen. Joni Ernst (R-IA) introduced legislation for fentanyl distributors who sell or give out fentanyl – and which results in a death – to be charged with Federal Felony Murder Charges.

HUNTER: Trump's Dept. of Justice to Investigate Corrupt Democrat Money Machine

Remember when Al Gore – the Pope of the Holy Church of Global Warming – walked away from a Buddhist Temple in California with a couple of 10s of 1,000s in campaign contributions from nuns who’d taken a vow of poverty? Ever since, Democrats have been Hoovering up money from anywhere, no matter how shady. Hunter Biden sucked up cocaine off the hooker's bodies he rented. The Trump Admin is now investigating where Democrats get their money, – and it’s got them very, very nervous.

MOORE: Our Favorite Trump First 100 Day Accomplishments

Where do we start? Less than 10% of our 2.4 million Federal Workforce were working in the office full-time under Sleepy Joe Biden – so Trump ordered them to show up, or be fired. He's downsized the Federal Bureaucracy by over 280,000 employees & contractors, saving the taxpayers millions. Elon Musk's DOGE and the Trump Budget Team have already deleted $160 BILLION of waste, fraudulent and unspent funds – some would say outright theft. And we're just getting started!

Following Pressure from Sen. Cruz & Trump White House, Mexico Begins Honoring 1944 Water Treaty

“Mexico’s failures to uphold its water obligations have been devastating to Texas Farmers & Cities. Today’s achievement could not have been accomplished without President Trump’s holding Mexico accountable, or without the tireless work of Ag Secretary Rollins, Senator Cornyn, Congresswoman De La Cruz, and former IBWC Commissioner Giner," said Sen. Cruz following the Trump Administration’s announcement of a deal with Mexico to secure the water shipments.

CONG. GOODEN: A Stronger America Returns in Trump’s First 100 Days

When Americans evaluate a presidency, we ask a simple question: “Am I better off now than I was before?” This question reflects on our personal finances, job security, safety, and confidence in our nation’s future. Just 100 days into President Donald Trump’s second term, the answer is resounding: Yes, we are better off. In November 2024, the American people delivered a clear directive for a secure border, a boost in the economy, less government, and a nation that commands respect on the world stage.

CONG. PFLUGER: Democrat Trips to El Salvador? Complete Abandonment of Duty to Protect Americans

Members of Congress who rush to El Salvador to retrieve an international gang-affiliated member – yet show zero urgency in meeting with Rachel Morin’s Family or addressing the Biden Border Crisis – have their priorities completely misaligned. This isn’t failed leadership – it’s a complete abandonment of their duty to protect American Citizens. Americans should not have their hard-earned tax dollars paying for trips intended to import Criminal Illegal Aliens back into our communities.

CONG. BABIN: Honored to Help Rename Anahuac Wildlife Refuge to Jocelyn Nungaray Wildlife Refuge

Meeting Jocelyn Nungaray’s family – especially her mother Alexis and her little brother Elias – I was honored to welcome them and Gov. Abbott, along with Dept. of the Interior Sect. Doug Burgum to our district to rename the Anahuac National Wildlife Refuge to the Jocelyn Nungaray Wildlife Refuge, a change President Trump announced during his Joint Address to Congress. It was a deep reminder of the strength it takes to endure such an unimaginable loss. Jocelyn’s life was taken far too soon.

MOORE: Harvard & Poisoned Ivy – What a Scam

President Trump's spat with Harvard rolls on. He castigated Harvard as a "far left Institution" and a "liberal mess." Harvard's president has self-righteously accused Trump of violating the university's "free speech rights" by withholding $2 billion of Federal Funding Subsidies to the college. The obvious solution here is for Harvard to go the Hillsdale College route and turn down any further federal funding. Then they can say or do whatever they want.

STATE REP. SPILLER: Texas Needs to Plug Loopholes on Chinese Communist Land Purchases

If I went to China today and tried to buy land beside a Chinese military base, the next thing I know I’d be in a tiny cell hoping and waiting for an international prisoner exchange. In sharp contrast to Communist China, Texas has had multiple cases of land purchases by Chinese Nationals or Chinese entities near military bases here. If China tries to sneak in and study U.S. military bases from up close, shame on them. But if we here in Texas sit back and let it happen – shame on us.

Texas Legislators Should Eliminate Illicit & Illegal Sale of Chinese Vapes to Minors

National retail chains know that products like Bubblegum-Flavored Vapes are designed to addict children – which is why they refuse to sell them. And pharmacy stores like CVS and other major retailers have never sold E-Cigarettes or Vaping Devices. So if the most popular vapes contain as much nicotine as 590 Cigarettes, and since the FDA banned flavored vape sales five years ago — why are they still being sold in Vape & Smoke Shops in Texas? This issue is dangerously present in Texas.

Lt. Gov. Patrick: "Teamwork in Getting SB 2 Over the Line” Provides School Choice

“Today is a day I have worked toward for more than a decade, and it is a great day for Texas students and parents. I passed my first school choice bill as Senate Education Chair in 2013. As Lt. Governor, I have prioritized school choice and the Texas Senate has passed school choice six times since 2015 because parents should be able to place students in the educational environment that works best. I thank Speaker Burrows & Gov. Abbott for their teamwork in getting SB 2 over the line.”
