Every other industry that markets its products to children is subject to safety standards – and technology should be no different. That principle is why a bill before Congress, the "App Store Accountability Act," matters so much to parents. Parents want industry transparency and the ability to guide their kids safely as technology evolves, and at "Talk More. Tech Less." we too often see the consequences when families don’t have that opportunity.
The U.S. House Oversight & Government Reform Committee voted to advance the William J. Clinton "Contempt of Congress Report" out of committee by a 34-8 vote, and the Hillary R. Clinton contempt report by a vote of 28-15. Both now move to the floor of the U.S. House of Representatives for consideration. American politics rarely focuses on K–12 education, and the reason is obvious. Students cannot vote, they have no direct voice in national debates, and elected officials tend to prioritize issues with immediate political payoffs. But President Trump took a different approach. In his first year back in office, Trump reshaped American education by shifting authority away from bureaucracy and into the hands of families.
The Governor was joined by State Senator Donna Campbell, Texas Rep. Alan Schoolcraft, Chairman Peter J. Holt, Texas Workforce Commission Chairman Joe Esparza, Rep. Mark LaHood, Rep. John Lujan, Schertz-Cibolo-Universal City ISD Superintendent Paige Meloni, Texas Education Agency Commissioner Mike Morath, and Texas Health & Human Services Executive Commissioner Stephanie Muth.

Sen. Cornyn and Sen. Cruz established the FJEC, a bipartisan panel of leading attorneys in Texas, to help identify the most qualified candidates to fill judicial vacancies before making their recommendations to the President.
Texas Land Commissioner Dawn Buckingham, M.D., submitted comments on behalf of the General Land Office (GLO) supporting the Bureau of Ocean Energy Management’s (BOEM) announcement of its proposed second Gulf of America offshore oil and gas lease sale under the One Big Beautiful Bill. This move is not only a critical step toward restoring American energy dominance but also toward bolstering national security.
According to Minnesota’s political class—and the federal judge they are hoping will indulge them—federal immigration law is binding except when local officials find it inconvenient, uncomfortable, or politically risky. In those moments, the thinking goes, the state can simply ask a court to restrain Immigration and Customs Enforcement and call it “constitutional balance.” Thankfully, the Trump administration is having none of it.
Today marks one year of President Trump being back in in the White House, and the results are unmistakable. Manufacturing is returning home, private investment is surging, working families are finally getting real relief through meaningful tax cuts that put more money back in their pockets, and gas and grocery prices are down. At the border, ICE crackdowns and tough enforcement have restored Law & Order and cartels are on the run.
“The Radical Left has taken up a senseless crusade against our brave men and women in Law Enforcement, and Democrats’ inflammatory rhetoric has fueled an alarming rise in violence that not only endangers our communities, but also harms the very people sworn to keep them safe,” said Sen. Cornyn, introducing his "ICE Protection Act" bill with James Lankford (R-OK), Markwayne Mullin (R-OK), Bill Hagerty (R-TN), Lindsey Graham (R-SC), Cynthia Lummis (R-WY) and Steve Daines (R-MT) earlier today.

This comprehensive plan takes direct aim at reversing the failed policies of the Biden-Harris Administration with a clear, actionable strategy to restore the American Dream of homeownership and rebuilding the American Family," said Cong. You probably haven’t thought about Don Lemon in... well, ever. Why would you? No one watched him when he was on CNN, which is a big part of the reason he’s no longer at CNN. And, he’s only doubled down on everything people found annoying about him when he was easy to find. But, after Sunday, add him to the list of Moronic Leftists running around Minnesota doing all they can to protect Illegal Alien Criminals – and it has to stop.
On Fox News Sunday, U.S. Senator John Cornyn joined Shannon Bream to discuss the latest in Iran, Greenland and Venezuela, as President Donald Trump puts American interests first around the world and highlighted his conservative voting record. "My voting record is consistently in support of the President's policies, I’ve been supportive of President Trump, and I have a good relationship with him.”
In 1996, as an attorney at the Department of Justice, I prosecuted the Johnny Chung case, which uncovered that China was funneling money into the campaign coffers of the DNC. They wanted to influence our presidential election in favor of Bill Clinton because they believed his administration would give them greater access to sensitive U.S. technology. China wanted our technology back then, and they still want it today.
The United States Coast Guard announced a landmark $200 million expansion and rebuild of the Coast Guard Station in South Padre Island (SPI). Sen. During his remarks, Governor Abbott thanked the men and women who put on the uniform and serve their country abroad.
For evangelicals who take both Scripture and history seriously, Martin Luther King Jr. deserves neither hagiography nor dismissal. He deserves understanding. That requires resisting the modern temptation to flatten him into a one-dimensional symbol—either a sainted mascot for every contemporary political cause or a villain dismissed because he does not fit neatly into today’s ideological boxes. The real King was far more interesting, far more challenging, and far more explicitly Christian than either camp prefers to admit.
