The Supreme Court recently heard oral arguments in Idaho/Moyle v. United States regarding Joe Biden’s "Emergency Medical Treatment & Labor Act" (EMTALA) guidance – a blatantly transparent attempt to use existing Federal Laws to force physicians across the nation to perform abortions, especially in states with pro-life protections. Title IX is a Civil Rights Law granting protections to women by prohibiting discrimination on the basis of sex in any educational program that receives federal money – including K-12 schools, Colleges & Universities. Israel showed Iran last week – and sent a larger "message" to the world – that it could and would send a (retaliatory) barrage of missiles at Iran's nuclear sites with reasonable assurances they could not be stopped. By comparison, Iran's earlier and more massive attack on Israel was a huge flop. An estimated 99% failed to hit their targets. These developments mean it should be harder for Iran to shake down Joe Biden and others for hostage bribes or Iran-deal giveaways on the implied threat of Iran successfully nuking the Jewish state.
The decisive reason I could not support this bill is because it did nothing to secure the Texas-Mexico border.
