The cover-up and focus on Hunter Biden's years of illicit international influence-peddling and "Family Business" was never really about Hunter Biden – it was, is, and forever will be about covering up the criminal actions of President Joe Biden. Every president hands out pardons – but not like this. Joe Biden pardoned his son before he was even sentenced. The U.S. Justice System that has been weaponized against so many other Americans was, for Joe Biden and his son, used as their protection. And, that means particularly for Joe Biden.
In 2022 Congress passed legislation creating a Civil Cause of Action for victims of Non-Consensual Intimate Imagery, or NCII, to sue individuals responsible for publishing even AI-generated “deepfake revenge pornography.” However, because Civil Actions can be time-consuming and expensive, Senators Ted Cruz & Amy Klobuchar (D-MN,) have now passed the "TAKE IT DOWN Act" to criminalize the publication of NCII and require social media websites to remove the content within 48 hours of notice from a victim.
Here's an idea for Elon Musk & Vivek Ramaswamy – the co-chairs of the exciting new Department of Government Efficiency, or DOGE. It could raise tens of billions of dollars, overnight! Sell unused or underused U.S. Assets to the highest bidder. Sell buildings, loan notes, furniture, unused land, computers, slices of the electromagnetic spectrum, vehicles, planes, and the like. Not including land and minerals, estimates are that the federal assets have a market value of more than $8 trillion.
Texas Veterans Land Board (VLB) Chairwoman Dawn Buckingham has announced a new land loan benefit whereby spouses individually eligible to participate in the VLB Land Loan Program can jointly apply for loans to purchase land. Veterans utilizing this new benefit will be able to receive a maximum loan amount of $225,000 and eligible Veteran spouses may purchase one acre or more of land with a minimum 5% down payment and up to 30 years for payoff. Buckingham oversees the VLB as Texas Land Commissioner.
"Principles become much harder to defend when their most famous defenders have compromised them flagrantly," said one well-known liberal critic. And that was before Joe Biden's fellow Democrat Party members criticized his dramatic and unexpected Sunday Evening "full & unconditional pardon" by arguing it gave away "the moral high ground" they believe Biden and the anti-Trump Resistance had established. They were primed and ready to attack him, but how can they now that Joe Biden's just made it impossible.
After a dramatic and unexpected Sunday Evening "full & unconditional pardon" of son Hunter, Joe Biden is facing a rapidly growing chorus of blowback from within his Democrat Party as state and national leaders are raising their voices in criticism to his now-abandoned pledge to not interfere in his son’s legal problems – which was repeatedly and adamantly sold to the American Public as Mr. Biden's principled stand to stop the U.S. Justice System from weaponization, legal warfare, and political influence. What are voters to make of that idea now?

It's hard to believe it was just four years ago that Joe Biden was elected to the Presidency on the promise of uniting the country. After the misery of COVID-19 deaths, and lockdowns and the riots in the streets of major cities, Americans WANTED to be united by a unifying national purpose. Alas, it never happened. Instead, Biden and his leftist allies were drunk with power and swerved the Democrat Party even further to the left. The country was only further torn asunder. Could Donald Trump learn from these blunders, and be the one who unifies the nation?
Hunter Biden was scheduled to be sentenced on three Federal Gun Charges just 10 days from now, and also on Dec. 16th after pleading guilty to nine Federal Tax Evasion Charges prior to being pardoned Sunday by his 82-year-old father-president near the end of a controversial presidential term that now ensures Hunter spends no time in federal prison. “President Biden is a hypocrite,” said one of many critics. “It makes a mockery of the Democrats,” said another. Presidential pardons are absolute, and cannot be overturned by the courts or Congress.
This September, I released a comprehensive, 350-page investigative report about the Biden-Harris administration’s botched Afghanistan withdrawal, which damaged America’s reputation globally, emboldened our adversaries, and — horrifically — led to the death of 13 American servicemembers. As head of the State Department during that time, Secretary Antony Blinken’s testimony is crucial in providing answers to the American people and informing legislation to prevent a disaster like this one from ever happening again.
Over several years, the three asset managers acquired substantial stockholdings in every significant publicly held coal producer in the United States, thereby gaining the power to control the policies of the coal companies,” alleges Texas' Attorney General Ken Paxton. Using their combined influence over the coal market, the investment cartel collectively announced in 2021 their commitment to weaponize their shares to pressure the coal companies to accommodate “green energy” goals.
It feels like a change is coming. It feels like we’re entering a New Era. Donald Trump's ready to make America America again, before "Making America Great Again." All the wokesters, communists, climate change hoaxers, creepy perverts, all those other freaks who have been troubling us for the last decade – they’re done. But it’s more than just Donald Trump putting out a refreshing and optimistic vibe. There’s a new culture – and you can feel it everywhere. You can feel it when you see the Trump Dance after a touchdown. AND, it’s catching.
The House of Representatives achieved a monumental victory for our nation’s veterans and their families by passing H.R. 8371, The Senator Elizabeth Dole 21st Century Veterans Healthcare and Benefits Improvement Act. This bipartisan legislation delivers on our promise to prioritize veterans—not bureaucracy. It’s a comprehensive effort to modernize the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and ensure veterans receive the care, benefits, and services they have earned.
I was privileged to lead a congressional delegation to the 2024 United Nations Climate Change Conference (most commonly known as COP29) to showcase the innovation and impact of U.S. energy on the global stage. Our message was simple: the United States stands ready to be a leader in energy production. The reality is that American energy is the cleanest, most affordable, secure energy on the planet.
The U.S. House Committee on Oversight and Accountability advanced H.R. 9040 – "The Bipartisan Taxpayer Exposure and Risk Reduction (TERRA) Act" out of committee and to the floor of the U.S. House of Representatives with vote a of 24-15. The Donalds TERRA Act is America First legislation that will reduce risk to taxpayers, ensure that government is held accountable, increase fiscal responsibility, and promote market-driven efficiency.
