Unfortunately with the Department of Justice it seems to me its been more political than any other Department of Justice Ive seen since while Ive served in Congress. Thats a real disappointment says Smith when you have the Justice Department picking which laws to enforce making decisions that seem to be based entirely on politics ... not on whats right or wrong not on what the law says with equal justice for all. Im very disappointed with this Justice Department said Smith.
