At Election's Close: Liberal Media, Democrat Analysts, Pollsters Have Missed 'A Massive Shift'

"31 states in this country have Voter Registration by Political Party – and in the past four years, 30 of them have seen movement toward Republicans. We’re missing something, and its because they give us the same polls over and over again,” said Republican consultant Alex Castellanos, who's previously worked for Jeb Bush & Mitt Romney. “What they’re missing is a massive shift in Voter Registration underneath all of this," he said. Two out of every three days since roughly early October, Democrats and Kamala Harris have lost ground in polling forecasts.

Cruz, Cloud, Gerdes: Twice-Deported Illegal Alien Killed a Texan in Bastrop County

“Another family’s worst nightmare has come to pass, and it’s directly because of Biden & Harris’s reckless, open-border policies," said Cong. Michael Cloud, as he, Sen. Ted Cruz and Texas State Rep. Stan Gerdes condemned the White House after yet another Texan was killed by an illegal drunk driver. The suspect had previously been deported twice, once by the Obama administration, and again by the Trump administration – but was able to illegally re-enter the country under the Biden-Harris Administration.

A.G. Paxton Prevents Biden-Harris DOJ from Unlawfully Placing Personnel Inside Texas Election Locations

Texas law does not permit federal “monitors” inside a polling place or central counting station. So after Att. Gen. Paxton said, “Texans run Texas elections, and we will not be bullied by the Department of Justice," the U.S. Dept. of Justice agreed to not to enter Texas Polling & Central Count Locations just hours after Paxton sued the DOJ over its announcement that it would send federal agents to "monitor" Texas elections. "The DOJ knows it has no authority to monitor Texas elections, and backed down when Texas stood up."

MOORE: Thank God for the Electoral College

Without the Electoral College, eight to 10 large states – and even just a handful of the nation's largest cities, frankly – would determine the election. The Electoral College assigns power to every state – and safeguards the primacy of the states. It is critical to our system of federalism. America is unique in the world in our system of checks and balances, decentralized government power, and protection of the rights of the minority. Did you know that California has a larger population than nine small states – combined?

More Media Bias Puts Kamala on NBC’s “Saturday Night Live” Just Days Before Election

"Saturday Night Live" may have been crushing her for months with satire & jokes about her inability to answer questions from the press, but allowing Democrat Kamala Harris to appear on the last show before Tuesday's Election has many questioning NBC Entertainment's scheduling of the appearance. FCC Commissioner Brendan Carr said Harris' appearance on "SNL" alongside her on-screen doppelgänger was a "clear and blatant effort to evade" the rule that's designed to "avoid exactly this type of biased and partisan conduct."

Sen. Cruz Leads Bipartisan, Bicameral Push to Defend Texas Energy

"My #1 priority in the U.S. Senate is jobs. There are 7,000 jobs and billions in investment in the Rio Grande Valley at stake. This decision and the current environmental process threaten the economic and energy security of Texas and America, and would cede America’s energy dominance to adversaries and rivals such as Russia, which advance their own interests through gas exports," said U.S. Sen. Ted Cruz, as he and Cong. Dan Crenshaw co-led the effort to reverse an unprecedented decision that injects massive uncertainty into future energy investments.

McCAUL: Cherishing the Right to Vote

Despite the challenges facing our nation, I thank God that Americans retain the fundamental right to vote. In far too many dictatorial regimes around the world, citizens are silenced and even tortured for voicing their beliefs. May we never take our voting rights and responsibilities for granted. The polls are closed to participate in early voting in Texas, but the polls will open back up on Tuesday – so please be sure to stop by your polling location and make your voice heard!

Demanding Transparency at the Doe on the Economic and Environmental Impacts of LNG

Congressman Luttrell and 45 other lawmakers sent a letter to Energy Secretary Jennifer Granholm, expressing serious concerns about the DOE transparency and accountability regarding the Biden-Harris Administration’s management of LNG exports. They requested clarification about DOE studies on the economic and environmental impacts of LNG, which, according to reports, may have been withheld from the public because they highlighted the benefits of U.S. LNG in the global energy market.

A Reminder about Tax Neutrality

Tax neutrality means that the tax code should not be used to reward or punish any specific behaviors, but rather should be neutral toward household and business decisions. In other words, the tax code should not encourage or discourage individuals from buying a home, from going to college, from having children, from marrying, and it should not reward or punish businesses for whether they choose to purchase equipment or lease equipment, etc.

Once Joyful, Harris Now Goes the Full McCarthyite

In the last two weeks, Vice President Kamala Harris has been trying to revive her stagnant campaign by smearing Trump as being Hitlerian and a fascist. She claims Trump is planning to put his enemies in encampments. If Harris refers to Trump's supposed fascist policies during his prior four-year tenure, there is no such evidence. Nonetheless, the once "joyful" Harris is ending her campaign by trafficking in lies and smears reminiscent of the Joe McCarthy era.

Sanchez: Would Texas Gain Revenue if Legislators Legalized, Regulated Sports Betting

From my time as Harris County Treasurer, to Houston City Council Member, I’ve heard from and seen in action just how important it is to ensure public funds are being used wisely – and that we generate additional revenue to support our communities where we can. States have the right to choose on this matter, as ruled on by the Supreme Court, and nearly 40 states have already legalized it.
