Opposing Biden’s Burdensome WOTUS Rule

The Biden Administration's “Waters of the United States” (WOTUS) rule will lead to sweeping changes to the federal government’s authority to regulate what is considered navigable water. This rule will harm small businesses, home builders, farmers, and ranchers across the country and empower bureaucrats at the EPA to insert themselves into the decisions of countless private entities.

This week, I was glad to join my colleagues in a Resolution disapproving of the Biden Administration's rule.

Surviving Winter Storm

I hope you and your family stayed safe during the winter storm that swept through North Texas last week. Thank you to Texas Division of Emergency Management, the local power providers, and all the emergency crews who worked around the clock to clear the roads and restore power for Texans.
