Paxtons office investigating voter fraud allegations against former State Rep. Justices of the
Peace
EL PASO Texas (Texas Insider Report) I never thought this would happen here in the U.S. that you can manipulate elections. I really dont care about the lawsuit its more about what theyve done and what they continue to do to these seniors. I want it to stop and theres another election coming up. I dont want this to continue said former Justice of the Peace for Precinct 6 Rosalie Dominguez who lost her election by 63 votes.
Its against the law to be picking up peoples ballots and especially if youre the one running for office and youre picking up peoples ballots. Its illegal said Dominguez.
In a civil suit Rosalie Dominguez accuses
former Texas State Rep. Chente Quintanilla as well as her former opponent Enedina Nina Serna of election manipulation. Dominguez hired the private investigating firm Advocate Investigations who allegedly uncovered that Serna and Quintanilla signed up seniors for absentee ballots for homebound residents and unlawfully picked up the ballots at their homes.

The Texas Attorney Generals office is investigating the voter fraud allegations which stem from the allegations made by Dominguez.
Dominguez says an agent recently contacted her and told her there were discrepancies in all those homebound ballots from the runoff.
Katherine Wise Deputy Press Secretary for Attorney General Ken Paxton would not comment on the issue saying only that there was ongoing litigation.
Dominguez also included Justice of the Peace Ruben Lujan (right) in the suit saying he threatened seniors to not cooperate with her investigation.
A December 2014 letter shows the Texas Secretary of State forwarded the case to the Attorney Generals Office citing information that warrants a submission for criminal investigation.
Dominguez said it is up to the Attorney General to investigate if Quintanilla or Serna tampered with the ballots or filled them out themselves. She submitted the information from her private investigation to the state last year.
While a client of Texas Democratic Party Chairman Gilberto Hinojosa is facing 16 criminal charges of rigging votes in a Rio Grande Valley election it came as no surprise to learn that former State Rep. and Texas Democrat Chente Quintanilla along with two current
Democrat Justices of the Peace is being investigated for voter fraud" said Tom Mechler (right) chairman of the Texas Republican Party.
I cannot comment because I have not been told about anything on this said Quintanilla.
Dominguezs opponent Enedina Nina Serna has refused to comment on the case.
Lujan has said he would have no need to manipulate an election calling Dominguezs lawsuit frivolous.
Judge Dominguez lost the election and should have left with her head up high and with dignity. Im not going to take this sitting down and I do plan to counter sue her for defamation of character Lujan said.
Its been over a year and he hasnt filed anything against me countered Dominguez who is seeking $400000 in compensation for damages saying thats the salary she lost from being unseated through election fraud.
In a May 2014 runoff race Serna unseated Dominguez by 63 votes.
