“The president is now misleading the public about his deception.”

Associated Press reports 3.5 million Americans have lost their health care coverage so far, and premiums will increase in 41 states

Obama montage if you like your plan you can keep your planTexas Insider Report: WASHINGTON, D.C. – You know things are bad for President Obama when New York Magazine, no bastion of conservatism, is producing videos pointing out his lies.

In this video montage, Obama is seen stating over and over and over, with no caveats,

I’ve said this once or twice, bit it bears repeating. If you like your healthcare plan, you can keep your healthcare plan … and your doctor.”

Take a look, click here, and don’t miss it

As many Americans are learning, they can’t keep their health care plan. But most surprisingly, the White House is trying to spin the president’s oft-repeated promise as something other than an  outright lie.

Their arguments aren’t winning over many people, including New York Magazine. Take a look.

More Bad News…

In addition to everything else causing White House to reach for Maalox, further bad news about Obamacare continues to come out almost hourly:

  • The Associated Press reports that so far 3.5 million Americans have lost their current health care coverage because of Obamacare.
  • sebelius-obama3Medicare recipients are learning that they cannot keep their current doctors. Thousands of doctors who treat Medicare patients are getting fired because Obamacare was partially paid for by cuts to Medicare providers.
  • Late-stage cancer survivors are learning that they are among Obamacare’s “losers.”
  • A new report finds that Obamacare is causing premiums to increase in 41 states, with some states experiencing premium increases greater than 100%.

In a column entitled “Lying About Lies,” respected political reporter Ron Fournier took Obama to task earlier this week. Fournier wrote:

“It might not seem possible that President Obama could do more harm to his credibility … than misleading Americans about health insurance reform.

“But he can. The president is now misleading the public about his deception.”

And Fournier noticed the same thing the rest of the nation has noticed: A pronoun change.

sebelius-obama2Obama is infamous for his frequent use of the word “I.” But last night he suddenly embraced “We,” as in “what we said was …”

In the age of the internet, folks may not be able to go online and get insurance at Healthcare.gov, but they can go online and see that Obama has clearly lied.

Carney Cracks Up

In yet another sign of tension inside the Obama White House, during yesterday’s White House press briefing ABC reporter Jonathan Karl asked Press Secretary Jay Carney about another Obamacare lie – that there are other ways to sign up for Obamacare beyond the website.

Since the Obamacare hotline and the personal navigators must also use Healthcare.gov, so none of the other ways to enroll work either. The White House had memos acknowledging that “at the end of the day, [all applications] are all Jay Carney White House Press Secretary2stuck in the same queue.”

Carney gave it his best spin, but Karl pressed on. In response, Carney wagged his finger at Karl and openly mocked him. It was shockingly unprofessional display from a man who is the public face of the president. You can watch the exchange here.

Perhaps the stress of the past month is taking its toll on Jay Carney. You know things are not going well in liberal land when the White House starts attacking part of its coalition known as Big Media.

Even worse, he continues to.
