Texas Insider Report: DALLAS Texas As we approach the 9th anniversary of the September 11th attacks on the World Trade Center or Ground Zero as it has now become known across the globe Texas State Representative Roberto R. Alonzo reminds everyone to remember the thousands of men and women who lost their lives in this terrible tragedy almost a decade ago.
As we get ready to commemorate on Saturday the 9th anniversary of the 9-11 attacks on the World Trade Center we are reminded of the thousands of men and women who lost their lives in this horrible tragedy on American soil Alonzo said.
Whether it was our fire or law enforcement department personnel first responders business people or simply the average worker resident or tourist that happened to be at or close to the scene on that horrible day we lost many lives needlessly and tragically in one of the worst tragedies in

American history.
We must not forget all those lives that came to an end that tragic day and hold them and their families forever in our thoughts and prayers as we commemorate the ninth anniversary on Saturday September 11 2010 said Alonzo.
Without a doubt this horrible tragedy will forever be etched in our minds and memories but as we are reminded of this senseless heart-breaking and historic event in history let us not forget that we must also remind ourselves of the stronger faith unity and sense of community that tragic events like this can do to us as proud Americans Alonzo said.
