Texas Insider Report: AUSTIN Texas Texas Governor Greg Abbott today joined a coalition of 24 governors in sending a letter to President Barack Obama encouraging the President to reconsider his threat to veto legislation approving the Keystone XL pipeline. Legislation authorizing the pipeline recently passed with bipartisan votes in both chambers of Congress.
