“As Texas continues to grow, we must have leaders who understand our diverse economy . . .”
Texas Insider Report: AUSTIN, Texas – Glenn Hegar, Republican candidate for Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts, announced today that he has the support of AGC-Texas Building Branch (AGC-TBB).
Michael Chatron, President of AGC-TBB, said, “As Texas continues to grow, we must have leaders who understand our diverse economy,” said Chatron. “Glenn Hegar understands business and the value construction industry jobs bring to Texas families.”
AGC-TBB is comprised of eleven AGC commercial building chapters across the state, whose membership includes 370 general contractors and 3,890 specialty contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
“We must foster a strong business climate that continues to create jobs and attract people to Texas,” Hegar said. “The construction industry is a key economic indicator in how well we are doing fiscally, and I look forward to working with them to keep jobs growing in our state.”
