Texas Insider Report: AUSTIN Texas Dear Lojiks Im starting to wonder about this
missing airliner -- about some things other than the missing airliner.
A lot of us conservatives complain about
pat-downs at airports. Its not pat-downs and wanding and taking my shoes off that bothers me. Its the political correctness. We need to stop people who will blow up planes -- not worry about offending some radical group. Its now starting to appear that
stolen passports may have allowed terrorists on board. But we really dont know. I cant wait to hear the conspiracy theories about how an entire jet is missing for so long.
HAMPTON FLORIDA could cease to exist. Lawmakers want to dissolve the entire town because of political corruption. The tiny town is accused of cash register justice employing 17 policemen to hand out speeding tickets -- but no one knows where the money went. And theres more. The problem with government corruption at any level is that once is gets going it feeds on itself. An official gets away with something and tries it again and again.

In Temple Texas it was tough weather for Mari Pauls campaign to get signatures to toss the 5 council members out of office. But still people came and some of them were anxious to sign. I signed but not happily. I believe a statement of some kind must be made because there is wrongdoing (that is no longer in question) and the government has no transparency.
Where does the media investigation go from here? More and more I believe the key to what is happening in Temple involves real estate. A check into who owns what how the real estate was obtained and how the puzzle pieces all fit together might be enlightening.
But it will take a special prosecutor. Elected officials in Bell County are simply too close to the people involved. And we really dont know who is involved yet. Lots to learn. It will have to be done my media investigations at this point because government seems to want to keep facts hidden so we get the Countys ruling that it will cost over $50000 to have emails released. There is no bigger sign that something is being hidden.
In the continuing story of Ukraine Putin is about to annex Crimea. Ukraine is asking for help from the West. Dick Cheney told FACE THE NATION that Obamas international reputation was destroyed by his performance regarding Syria. He and John Bolton both are lamenting the weakness of President Obama.
Austins South by Southwest festival sometimes seems like a meeting of anti-U.S. radicals. Of course this depends of whether you like or despise people like Julian Assange (Wikileaks) and Edward Snowden -- both of whom address the festival by video. When Snowden fled to Russia I said he was comforting with Americas top enemy. I had callers who disagreed telling me that Putin is a Christian who was standing up for Jesus.
So I was right. Putin is a murderous Communist and he dropped his halo as soon as the Olympics were over.
CPAC proves what a bench the Republicans have. The Dems have Hillary. And Biden. And maybe the Castro bothers who are far leftists. 2016 is looming and we must get behind a candidate who can win. Please no moderate. Weve been there and we lose every time.
Stand for integrity. Demand that government be responsive to the people.
