Texas Insider Report: AUSTIN Texas The recent Arizona Immigration Law Ruling from the Supreme Court highlights just

how far we have stepped away from the Constitution. With this ruling state sovereignty was wiped out.
If we carry that thought out
I suppose individual sovereignty is also wiped out oh yeah I think that was wiped out with most of the other rulings that have come down in the last 50 years. Our nation was founded on the very foundation of self-government which meant that the citizens were capable of governing themselves first.
We the People were considered sovereign individuals who were citizens of sovereign states within the United States. That was then and this is now.
It is mind boggling to think that the Supremes ruled unconstitutional the parts of the Arizona law that simply mirrored federal immigration law while allowing the state to enforce federal law. In the old days this ruling by the five justices who voted for it would be subject to impeachment. Sadly we know all too well that Congress has no interest in doing this as they have been all too willing to allow the Supreme Court to make rulings that establish laws they were unwilling to pass.
The Administrations response to the one segment of the law that was upheld reveals the Presidents true feelings regarding immigration and our borders. They will throw out the large numbers of those they have deported over the last three years but most of those were criminals. Unfortunately his true feelings mirror Congresss feelings on immigration especially that which comes across our southern borders. They too have no desire to secure our border and stop the flow of illegals swarming across our border.
As I listened to all the stories regarding this big decision I had an epiphany of sorts. I realized that illegals in this country are very much like the Palestinians in the Middle East. They are being used as political pawns to maintain and secure political power. The fact that laws are only enforced haphazardly and cost effective solutions that receive little if any passing interest tell us all we need to know about the sincerity on the part of our elected officials.
In 1948-49 when the United Nations was dividing up the land in the Middle East the Arab nations decided not to absorb those Arabs fleeing Israel. Because of their hatred for the Jews they decided it would be politically expedient to marginalize them and call them Palestinian refugees to make Israel look bad. With that decision a whole group of people were relegated to refugee status and a life of poverty.
Except those who stayed in Israel who actually had very good and prosperous lives. That is until their leaders decided to sell them out for political gain taking over Gaza and the West Bank from Israel. Now those areas are in economic depression and the people in poverty. When it

comes to ideological politics people do not matter they are only a means to an end.
They used empty rhetoric and a mantra telling these people how oppressed they were and emphasizing how horrible the Jews are by exaggerating and fabricating incidents to prove their case. The also repeated over and over how much they care about fairness justice equality and you and how they plan to gain more freedom and economic opportunity for you etc. etc.
Using the media to advance the cause they showed pictures of families in poverty being abused and held back by the Jews attacks by the IDF in Israel making it appear these attacks are unprovoked and showing doctored or edited clips of shootings that never occurred.
In the end this worked and they successfully convinced the people to follow them. Now after generations of this oppression with the truth of what life was like before this corrupt leadership took over completely annihilated the Palestinian people are completely brainwashed.
So now here in the United States of America we have a whole underclass of citizens who are not really citizens but live here in fear of getting deported or having their family separated. They very quickly are taught how to reap all the free benefits available when you know how to work the system. They are kept in perpetual poverty and dependence on the government to take care of them.
In the last week we see the federal government through this Administration encouraging those who are illegal to sue and file complaints against law enforcement. In other words the rule of law is not valued by this Administration.
Assisted by their puppets in the media an open borders concept advanced with stories of families or children who grew up here and are facing possible deportation. They find the most heartrending stories of teens being sent to a country they have never really known and sometimes do not even know the language for the sole purpose of pulling at our heartstrings.
They are nothing more than propaganda (or PSAs) to get us to accept open borders and the idea that if you live here (illegally) you should have all the benefits of citizenship.
The liberals are very adept at capturing people groups and using them to gain power by promising to do things for them and give them more government handouts. They fail to mention that their good intentions" will keep them enslaved to the federal government and impoverished for generations. Not just impoverished but forced to live in crime ridden areas subject to sub-standard housing education and economic opportunity.
Again in the world of ideological politics people do not matter it is all about the end result of more power.
Hispanics are the new Palestinians in America and it is shameful. We should be ashamed to be a part of this type of politics. Unfortunately shame" is in short supply these days.
But it is not just the Hispanics who are being used but the poor" working class and the welfare classes are also in the same situations. The

obvious solutions to aiding the poor by enabling them to rise above their circumstances and become self-sufficient are rarely on the radar of our elected officials.
As I write these thoughts out it is becoming more apparent to my horror that it is not just illegals being used to further a Marxist agenda but the poor as a whole!
In my next article I will explore how we should treat the poor.
