The Presidents action both unilateral and unconstitutional was an affront to everyone... ken-paxton1013Texas Insider Report: AUSTIN Texas  Today a Federal Judge in the Southern District of Texas enjoined in full President Obamas unilateral November 2014 immigration action.  Texas led a 26-state coalition fighting the Presidents attempt to unilaterally grant amnesty to millions of illegal immigrants. Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton released the following statement:
This decision is a victory for the rule of law in America and a crucial first step in reining in President Obamas lawlessness.   The Presidents action both unilateral and unconstitutional was an affront to everyone pursuing a life of freedom and opportunity in Aken-paxtonmerica the right way. This injunction makes it clear that the President is not a law unto himself and must work with our elected leaders in Congress and satisfy the courts in a fashion our Founding Fathers envisioned."
