Texas Insider Rport: WASHINGTON DC U.S. Representative Brian Babin (TX-36) announced today that he has been appointed by Science Space and Technology Committee Chairman Lamar Smith (TX-21) to serve as the Chairman of the Space Subcommittee. Rep. Babin whose district includes NASAs Johnson Space Center will now have a leading role in Congressional efforts to help refocus NASAs mission to ensure America is once again the world leader in human space exploration.
