Barton Asks: More Spending or Budget Cuts?

Texas Insider Report: Washington D.C. Tuesdays State of the Union capped off an eventful first month for the 112th Congress - from the swearing in of a new Republican Majority in the House to the unspeakable tragedy in Tucson. Republicans got the year started by keeping our promise and voting to repealing ObamaCare. I have already co-sponsored several pieces of prolife legislation and I am leading the fight to keep the EPA from destroying the Texas economy.   I wanted to share with you my thoughts on a variety of the issues up in Washington and here at home. President Obama talked the talk about spending on Tuesday but now well see if he walks the walk on deficit reduction or were his words nothing more than empty rhetoric.
