The Biscuit Brothers produce and star in a popular childrens program on PBS stations nationwide about a mythical musical farm. The TV show is wholly produced in Texas. The free family-friendly concert scheduled to begin at 2:45 p.m. will kick off a statewide drive to promote a new joint educational project of the Biscuit Brothers and the Texas General Land Office Save Texas History program. Musical Texas! will be an audio CD of traditional Texas favorites performed by the Biscuit Brothers showcasing the history geography and spirit of the Lone Star State.   Patterson hopes the Capitol concert on March 2 will help raise corporate donations to pay for production of Musical Texas! and make the fun-filled and educational CD available to public elementary schools across Texas. I invite Texans of all ages to come out and have a great time with the Biscuit Brothers.  Its a good day and a good way to remember our proud Texas heritage Patterson said. Created by Patterson in 2004 the Save Texas History program is an innovative public-private effort to preserve the historic documents in the archives at the Texas General Land Office and promote Texas history education.
