Justice Antonin Scalia was merciless in his questioning so much so that more liberal justices like Ruth Bader Ginsburg leapt to the defense of Solicitor General Donald Verrilli feeding him lines.
Justice Kennedy is regarded by all as a key and the usual swing vote among the nine justices.
Both sides had one thing in common though they both embraced the term Obamacare" wielding it proudly.
And Wednesday what is expected to be the longest day for health care arguments theyll do it again with both a morning and afternoon session.
