Businesses Prepare to Pay Franchise Tax

May 15 Franchise Tax Payment Deadline Approaches (AUSTIN) Texas Comptroller Susan Combs reminds businesses that their annual franchise tax is due May 15. This is the second franchise tax filing deadline since the Legislatures revisions that changed the tax calculation. The Comptrollers office continues to help business owners and tax preparers adjust to the changes.
