Beltz joins more than 50 elected officials and candidates <http://americansforprosperity.org/012610-defending-american-dream-pledge> across Texas on the federal state and local levels who are pledging to:
support limiting spending growth to population growth plus inflation; creating Emergency and Budget Stabilization funds with excess tax revenue and returning any tax dollars above the necessary amount back to the taxpayers through tax cuts; and requiring voter or legislative supermajority approval for tax and spending increases."
