(LONGVIEW) The Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts has relocated its Longview satellite office to 414 N. East Loop Suite 9. The first day of operation at this site will take place Monday July 12. The new location offers additional space and parking for better customer service.
The Longview satellite office is open for taxpayer services each Monday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The two-person staff can accept and process taxpayer payments and answer taxability and collection-related questions. The Comptrollers Longview office can also assist with tax permit application and return preparation process requests for various agency-administered permits licenses and decals update tax account information and distribute tax forms and publications.
We strive to provide an increasing number of taxpayers with fast friendly service" said Texas Comptroller Susan Combs. Our Longview office will continue to serve customers by providing infor-mation needed to conduct business with the agency as quickly and as efficiently as possible."
The Comptrollers office also encourages taxpayers to access the agency through an expanded website at www.window.state.tx.us which offers a wealth of information to answer tax questions and conduct business online. Taxpayers needing additional assistance may call (800) 252-5555.
