Texas Insider Report: AUSTIN Texas Woman- and minority-owned businesses can expand their opportunities to do business with Texas government at the state Comptrollers annual HUB Expo June 27 in Austin.

State agencies are required to work with HUBs whenever possible and I strongly encourage HUBs to explore the many opportunities to increase your business through state contracts."
In fiscal 2010 16495 businesses were certified in the Statewide HUB Program which is part of the Comptrollers state procurement division. HUBs were awarded state contracts valued at $2.1 billion.
