The law was set to take effect tomorrow.

Judge Bolton ruling just before the law requiring that police determine an individuals immigration status if they are being arrested or questioned was set to take effect tomorrow.
Sadly Arizona residents are paying a steep price for the sins of Washingtons new amnesty comes first ideology. After November the House might have

Judge Bolton granted part of the Justice Departments request to block the law ruling it would result in the wrongful detention of Americans and foreigners and undermine the federal governments authority to enforce immigration policy" Brady said.
