This Administration is too often releasing individuals who should be in jail and theyre releasing them back into our communities where many of them commit additional crimes. The second thing theyre doing that is absolutely wrong in my judgement is that they have instructed their ICE (Immigration & Customs Enforcement) officials to go through about 300000 cases on a case-by-case basis ... and these are individuals who should be sent home ... and the Administration is saying you dont have to send them home. Regarding the 2013 National Budget proposal released earlier this week by the Obama Administration Smith said the following: The Presidents budget is actually a pretty easy read because what were seeing is more of the same. Weve lost 2 million jobs since he became President the deficit he promised to cut in half has doubled the price of gasolines almost doubled ... going up about 80 since the day he was sworn in. So what we were hoping for was a change of policies. We didnt see that. Were seeing a proposal for more taxes more spending more debt on this country and one wouldve thought hed have learned by now that his policies arent working." Said Smith of the locally & nationally co-ordinated database intended to capture illegal alien individuals with a criminal history on their recordThis is an Administration that somehow thinks:
