To offer real solutions for the American people Sessions said Congress will be exploring & expanding:
- High-risk pools to create universal access to those with pre-existing conditions
- Implementing real and meaningful tort reform and
Creating small business health plans that generate larger insurance pools and drive down health care costs.
I believe the federal government should also reward innovation and allow states more flexibility to create successful ways in dealing with their uninsured populations allow for individuals to purchase health care across state lines and encourage the nation as a whole to live healthier.
