Cornyn Calls on DOJ to Release Clinton Interview Transcript and more
Texas Insider Report: WASHINGTON D.C. After Director Comey dismantled every bit of Secretary Clintons explanation about her private email server that shes been telling the American people over the last couple of years I think
the most important thing the Department of Justice could do the most important thing
the FBI could do and the most important thing
that she could do would be to make sure that all of
the investigation by the Department of Justice and the FBI be made public" said Sen. John Cornyn earlier today.
While we know
its not a crime to lie to the American people it is a crime to lie to the FBI during the course of an investigation.
I believe if she wants to begin to recover her shredded reputation its important to
get the facts out before the American people said Cornyn calling on the Department of Justice to release the transcript of former Secretary of State
Hillary Clintons interview with the FBI as well as the other evidence from the investigation into
her use of an unsecured personal email server.
Director Comey talked about the importance of transparency in this highly unusual case and only when we get the complete investigation out including that three-and-a-half hour interview with the FBI will the American people have the information they need in order to make a final judgement"
said Cornyn.
