Directs federal agencies to develop plans to hire no less than 10000 qualified veterans for federal government positions over a five-year period- Incentivizes states to allow veterans to use their military training and experience to qualify for state licenses or credentials required for civilian jobs
- Makes it easier for veteran-owned small businesses to qualify for contracts with the VA and for surviving spouses to maintain small businesses
- Identifies and promotes websites and applications that are beneficial for veterans looking for employment
