U.S. Sen. John Cornyn (R-TX) speaking earlier today on the Senate floor against the Environmental Protection Agencys unfair treatment of Texas in the rulemaking process of the Cross-State Air Pollution Rule.    

            Senator Cornyn serves on the Senate Finance Committee as well as on the Judiciary and also the Armed Services and Budget Committees. He serves as the top Republican on the Judiciary Committees Immigration Refugees & Border Security subcommittee.  Cornyn served previously as Texas Attorney General Texas Supreme Court Justice and Bexar County District Judge.
