President Obamas attorneys have lost six cases by unanimous vote in the Supreme Court since 2012 prompting Sen. Ted Cruz R-Texas to issue a report describing how federal power would have expanded if Obama had won.
Cruz focused on the cases in which all of the liberal justices including Obamas appointees ruled against the president.
