Ted Cruz (R-TX) Wednesday, commenting on the 
announcement that the U.S. Supreme Court will review Conestoga Wood Specialties Corp. v. Sebelius and Sebelius v. Hobby Lobby Stores, Inc., cases that challenge the Obamacare contraception mandate:
“The 1st Amendment protects Americans’ right to freely exercise their religion and no Congress or President has the authority to undermine this fundamental right,” said Cruz.
“The Supreme Court should strike down the Obamacare requirements that force people to violate their faith in order to stay in business.”
