Texas Insider Report: Washington D.C. This is an exciting time for conservatives because of the great promise that begins with the new Congress but a dangerous time for the country because Nancy Pelosi & the democrats are still in control until 12 noon January 5th. Congress is in its final week of session and I hope we will pass a bill ensuring that no ones taxes go up on January 1st.
This week I will meet with the new Chairman of the
House Appropriations Committee Congressman Hal Rogers and I will find out which subcommittee I will chair in the new Congress beginning January 5th.
We are doing everything we can especially in the Senate to stop the liberals
from inflicting anymore damage on this country before they leave office.
As I close out the year I have discovered that my help in electing the new Republican Majority in the House has left virtually no money in my own campaign account. Lets get prepared for whatever is just over the horizon.
