Texas Insider Report: AUSTIN Texas Todays disappointing job numbers again show that the Obama Administration has been a complete failure in getting our economy back on track and putting Americans back to work said Texas Lt. Overnor & U.S. Senate candidate David Dewhurst following the American Jobs Report released by the Bureau of Labor Statistics. Washington spends money on programs Americans dont need and cant afford.
After President Obama wasted nearly a trillion taxpayer dollars that failed to create enough jobs added trillions to the national debt and ignored every opportunity to significantly cut spending and debt its no surprise that our unemployment rate remains unacceptably high said Dewhurst.
Americans need leadership in Washington that dramatically cuts spending and lives within its means like weve done here in Texas. Its by sticking to fiscally conservative principles and creating opportunity that Texas has an unemployment rate nearly 11 lower than the national unemployment rate Dewhurst said.
Dewhurst called for the Obama Administration to:
- Repeal Obamacare
- Open up Texas & the nations domestic natural resources
- Stop the radical EPA agenda and
- Cut taxes for individuals & businesses to make America competitive with other nations once again.
President Obama must stop focusing on politics and lead. America needs pro-growth leaders willing to get millions of Americans back to work now not after the next election" said Dewhurst.
