With The Facts and Misleading Romney & Perry Hammering Each Other
Texas Insider Report: AUSTIN Texas Mitt Romney and Rick Perry arent the only candidates running for the Republican nomination but the candidates and their respective camps certainly appear to be treating the primary like a 1-on-1 match.
Romneys campaign officially launched a website Thursday dedicated to attacking Perrys record as Texas governor framing him as an insider and pinning him to President Obama on several policies.

CareerPolitician.com -- went live earlier this week and the team has since filled it in with details. The site includes four previously released web videos attacking Perrys record on jobs immigration and social security as well as several memos and a link to donate to Romneys campaign.
Rick Perry has proven time and again that he will resort to dishonest tactics in order to prop up his flailing campaign said Gail Gitcho Team Romneys communications director in a statement Thursday.
Whether deflecting attention from his own record through personal attacks utter fabrications or intentional distortions its hard to know how much lower Perry will go. Hes taken a page from the Al Gore playbook on fabrications and distortions.
Meanwhile
the Perry campaign launched a scathing web video titled Misleading which paints Mr. Romney as a flip-flopper on health
care and immigration.
The spot uses footage from this weeks CNN presidential primary debate in which Mr. Romney in reaction to Mr. Perrys claim that the former Massachusetts governor hired illegal immigrants to mow his lawn says he hired a company that had contracted illegals.
The video also depicts the Bay State health care plan Mr. Romney signed into law as governor as a blueprint for the presidents health care law and pegs Mr. Romney as a 17-year career politician.
