This latest wave of EPA regulations targeting the oil and gas industry leaves no doubt that the Obama Administrations true motive is to make domestic oil and gas more expensive. Yet again we have a one-size-fits-all approach to regulating an industry that varies widely across this great country.
These new requirements will impose even higher costs on job creators which combined with a lack of equipment needed to comply will significantly impact the rate of drilling. And who do you think will suffer the most? Small businesses their employees and American consumers - thats who.
This type of regulation is best left to the states as it always has been not Washington bureaucrats.
