Former Gov. Bill Clements Congressman Pete Sessions Endorse Justice Jim Moseley for Texas Supreme Court

Clements & Congressman Pete Sessions of the 32nd District for his race for the Texas Supreme Court.  Moseley is currently on the Fifth District Court of Appeals in Dallas.  In announcing his endorsement Governor Clements said Justice Jim Moseley is a committed conservative a strong Republican and an outstanding Justice.  His thirteen-year record on the Court of Appeals proves he is exactly the type of person Texans need on the Supreme Court.  Im proud to endorse Jim and I encourage all Texans to support him." Clements was the 42nd & 44th Governor of Texas serving from 1979-1983 and from 1987-1991.  Clements was the first Republican Governor of Texas since Reconstruction.   Clements and his wife Rita reside in Dallas.  In June 2009 Clements donated $100 million to UT Southwestern Medical Center the largest civic donation in Dallas history. Bush. Previously Moseley has been endorsed by former Texas Supreme Court Justice Craig T. Enoch.  Moseley was previously endorsed by Republican National Committee Committeewoman Cathie Adams and Committeeman Bill Crocker along with many party leaders and grassroots activists from the S.R.E.C. and precincts across Texas and the Texas Restaurant Association.
