Gov. Perry Appoints Amaral to Texas Judicial Council

carlos.amaralTexas Insider Report: AUSTIN Texas  Gov. Rick Perry has appointed Carlos Amaral of Plano to the Texas Judicial Council for a term to expire June 30 2017. The council studies and reports on the organization and practices of the Texas judicial system. Amaral is senior sourcing advisor for Information Services Group Inc. He is secretary and board member of the Estates of Russell Creek Homeowners Association and past president of the Association for Systems Management Dallas Chapter. He is a past member of the Stephen F. Austin State University Board of Regents Texas Manufactured Housing Association Board and the Citizens Development Center in Dallas. He is also a past board member of the North Texas History Center and a graduate of the FBI Citizens and Plano Police Citizens academies. Amaral received a bachelors degree from Stephen F. Austin State University and masters degree in computer science from Texas A&M University-Commerce.
