AUSTIN – Gov. Rick Perry has appointed three members to the San Jacinto River Authority Board of Directors. The board is responsible for the conservation protection and development of the water resources of the San Jacinto River watershed.
David Kleimann of Willis is owner of U.S. Trees of Texas and David Kleimann Businesses Inc. He is a past president of the Southeast Texas Growers Association and founder of the LoneStar Groundwater District. He is also a past board member of the Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce Montgomery County Transportation Board Montgomery County Hospital District Foundation Board Montgomery County Library Board and Montgomery County Steering Company. Kleimann received a bachelor’s degree from Sam Houston State University. He is appointed for a term to expire Oct. 16 2013.
Lloyd Tisdale of Conroe is president of Tisdale Company Inc. He is a member of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers American Society of Heating Refrigerating and Air Conditioning Engineers and National Institute for Certification of Technology. He is also chairman of the Greater Conroe Economic Development Council a member of the First Bank of Conroe board of directors and a member of the board of directors and past chairman of the Conroe Chamber of Commerce. Tisdale received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Houston. He is reappointed for a term to expire Oct. 16 2011.
R. Gary Montgomery of The Woodlands is president of Montgomery & Associates LLC. He is a past member of the Houston Council of Consulting Engineers Greens Bayou Coalition and North Houston Association boards of directors. Montgomery received a bachelor’s degree from New Mexico State University. He is reappointed for a term to expire Oct. 16 2013.
