Texas Insider Report: AUSTIN Texas The Grass Roots Institute of Texas PAC or GRIT as it is better known to many Texans announced it has made in-kind contributions during this reporting period of almost $700000. GRIT founded early last year has risen rapidly in credibility & influence said Bill Burch of Arlington the groups chairman.
GRIT has sent more than 50 million emails in the last three weeks on behalf of its endorsed candidates said Burch.

If the Texas Independent voters know how great the Republican candidates are they will be more likely to vote straight Republican said Burch.

The group will also have a goal of passing legislation during the 2011 Session said Burch.
As one of the fastest growing organizations in America GRIT plans to expand to other states beginning in June of next year Burch said.
