width=73I for one dont accept a Projected Deficit because a projected deficit means youre going to spend exactly what youve spent the Session before and you have less coming in.

I say we have to tighten our belts make government even more efficient & get more value out of the dollars we spend and weve had a history of doing that.

Last Session we had a large Republican Majority for the first time in our history so we really began to change the culture of state government.

For example instead of cutting the rate of growth in state government which had been done before we actually cut spending for the first time in out states history said Hilderbran.
