Rick Perry today following the Environmental Protection Agencys (EPA) announced changes to the Cross State Air Pollution Rule (CSAPR).
The changes proposed today by the EPA prove there are undeniable flaws with the CSAPR rule that would cause job losses and higher energy costs with no definite environmental benefit to Texas. ."
Texas has filed an official motion for reconsideration and stay of CSAPR which is pending.
