Texas Insider Report: AUSTIN Texas With Hispanics representing 37 of the population of Texas 40 of total students in public schools and 50 of the population growth only a fraction are elected officials. With numbers comes a lot of power. As it stands today Hispanic leaders are disproportionately under-represented as elected officeholders especially as Republicans.
Hispanic Republicans of Texas has been established to close the gap build leadership within the Hispanic community and support those who are ready to serve as elected leaders of this state.
Its our responsibility to help other Hispanics. But most important its our responsibility to serve the greatest state in our nation Texas.
WHO: The
Hispanic Republicans of Texas (HRT) will officially launch its organization at a formal press conference in Austin at the Republican Party of Texas Headquarters.
