Coalition Announces Support to Halt Implementation of Obama Health Reform Law width=99Texas Insider Report: WASHINGTON D.C. As the Obama Health Reform Laws constitutionality is fiercely debated in the court system billions of dollars are being spent by state governments and job creators to implement a law that may very well be ruled unconstitutional thus null & void said U.S. Senator Kay Bailey Hutchison while applauding the StartOver! Coalition a group of more than 250 trade associations representing employers of all sizes for its support of her Save Our States Act (SOS) to suspend further implementation of the Obama Health Reform Law until courts render a final judicial decision. The StartOver! Coalition Management Committee has sent a letter to all U.S. Senators urging them to support the SOS Act that was recently filed as an amendment (#197) to the SBIR/STTR Reauthorization Act of 2011 (S. 493). Thirty-six Republican Senators are co-sponsors of the SOS Act. With momentum building as the StartOver! Coalition rallies in support of the Save Our States Act it is increasingly clear that Congress must take immediate action to halt implementation of the Obama Health Reform Law. Short of full repeal the SOS Act is the best option to stop the consequences of this disastrous law" said Hutchison. This is completely unacceptable. I hope all of my colleagues in the Senate will join me in support of this commonsense effort to protect the American people from the costly burdens of health reform" Hutchison said.
