Is Republican Judge Running for Reelection Implicated in Dallas Corruption?

Justice David Schenck helped divert millions & deny due process to Dallas citizen SchenckJusticeDavidBy John Griffing Texas Insider Report: AUSTIN Texas  On January 7 2015 Gov. Rick Perry appointed Justice David Schenck then a Dallas attorney and officer of the courts of the Northern District of Texas to the Texas 5th District Court of Appeals. Schenck is running for reelection and faced token primary opposition from an ex-Democrat" running as a Republican. He was endorsed by the Dallas Morning News (DMN) for another seat in the last cycle. DMN typically endorses more left-leaning candidates for major benches.    Now it is Schenck who is the favorite of DMN. While Schenck has a number of impressive Republican endorsements his recent work history contrasts with his claims of being a constitutional conservative" and the DMN endorsement is not typically a good vector for Republican office-seekers. Thats what a series of ongoing reports exclusive to Texas Insider reveal. Before being appointed to his current position Schenck was a high-powered attorney with the massive firm Dykema. According to available evidence it appears that Schenck abused his position and influence as an attorney to illegally divert over $ 1.5 million for his personal benefit from private citizen Jeff Baron over which he had unlawful charge. Jeff Baron was also denied a right to an attorney and was visited by Homeland Security as well as the U.S. Marshals for talking with the press. Since that time the federal courts have found the actions of Schenck unconstitutional and illegal but no money has been returned and everything possible has been done to delay reversal of earlier criminal actions against Jeff Baron. Only because all the attorneys involved in the case (including Schenck) were granted total immunity can Schenck walk freely without facing serious criminal penalties for his actions. courtThe story of Schencks illegal activities begin in Dallas when federal Judge Royal Furgeson placed American citizen Jeff Baron into receivership" the first human being placed into receivership since 1865 when slavery was outlawed. Receivership" is typically meant for troubled companies and organizations with large unpaid debts not people. Baron was worth several hundred million when the Dallas courts put him in receivership so even if predicated upon the convoluted logic that Baron hypothetically was bankrupt and needed court supervision Baron would not meet the qualifications. Baron was an American success story having invented a revolutionary new internet software and running a medium-sized internet startup. What happened to Baron amounts to actual slavery and this analysis has been corroborated by the likes of Former House Majority Leader Tom Delay & Republican Party of Texas Engagement Director Rasauli Bray. To make matters worse Baron was put in the receivership  without an actual hearing. In the context of Jeff Baron the otherwise harmless-sounding word receivership" became a form of civil lockdown" and gave a court-appointed receiver" full possession and control over all aspects of a his life virtually turning him into property. The receiver" has God-like powers in the eyes of the law. The potential for abuse is obvious if the receiver chooses to abuse this authority for personal enrichment. Rampant abuse can be demonstrated in the Jeff Baron case (especially since Baron was not bankrupt and is a living being.) Where does Justice DAVID SCHENCK fit into all this? Answer: When he was still an attorney Justice David Schenck was hired to represent the Receiver" a man named Peter Vogel who was illegally employed as a Special Master (adjunct judge) in Judge Fergusons court. Vogels appointment as receiver is unlawful according to 28 U.S.C. 958 which mandates that a person employed by any judge of the United States may not at the same time be appointed a receiver. Schenck was Vogels attorney and it was his job to execute the Receivership" as early as 2012 and since that time has taken over $1.5 million of Barons money and used it for his personal benefit even after the receivership was reversed by higher courts. In constitution-flagother words money was paid to Schenck from a receivership already found to be unlawful. During the time of his windfall Schenck was also acting as Barons fiduciary ostensibly to protect Barons interests and was also an arm of the court. There are at least three major conflicts of interest represented in the illegal love triangle formed by Schenck & Vogel. The equivalent conflict of interest in a criminal court setting could be summed up with the phrase Judge jury and executioner." Vogel & Schenck spent all of Barons money (borne out in court documents) violating the courts directive to pay creditors (a negligible amount owed that would have left the large portion of Barons estate untouched to be returned to him). To date not a cent of Barons money has been used to pay any creditor. All has gone to Vogels attorneys including David Schenck. In addition to being the facilitator of the theft perpetrated against Barons assets Schenck has requested on record in hearings that all evidence pertaining to how the money obtained from Baron was spent be destroyed. And now the courts in question are ordering Baron to stop appealing and just go away. Specifically the court has prohibited any further trial or hearing on any matter where Vogel and his lawyers would have to answer for their theft fraud or other bad acts. The court reasoned that if Baron had claims of fraud or theft he should have had a lawyer pursue them while he was still in the receivership (despite the courts prohibition of Baron having a lawyer and the seizure of 100 of Barons assets during the same time). The court also reasoned that Vogel and his lawyers were an arm of the court in acting against Baron. JohnSchenck faces general election challenger Denise Garcia (D) on November 8 2016.
