Former Texas Republican Party Chair Reagan Administration Official
Texas Insider Report: TARRANT COUNTY Texas Republican candidate for State Representative in HD 91 Stephanie Klick today announced the endorsement of Tom Pauken a former Chair of the Texas Republican Party and former White House Assistant and former director of an independent federal agency
in the Reagan administration.
In announcing his endorsement of Klick Pauken said
Having served in the Reagan Administration and been Chairman of the Texas Republican Party from 1994 to 1997 I have seen a lot of Republican candidates claim to be conservative only to go native once elected. Stephanie Klick is a true conservative who will provide
principled leadership as your State Representative in Austin.
Stephanie has a long and distinguished record of standing up for middle class taxpayers and families. She is a common sense conservative who will work to reduce the excessive burden of high property taxes replace the onerous Robin Hood school finance scheme with a fairer system of funding education and promote policies to encourage private sector job creation so that Texas remains the number one state in America to do business.
In response to the endorsements Klick said Tom is a longtime Reagan Conservative and so am I. We have known each other for many years and have worked together to advance the conservative agenda. I appreciate Toms friendship his past service and his support."
Todays announcement adds to a long list of endorsements for Klick including current state representative Bill Zedler as well as GOP state representative nominees Giovanni Capriglione (HD 98) Craig Goldman (HD 97) Matt Krause (HD 93) and Jonathan Stickland (HD 92).

Klick is running for State Representative in House District 91 in a runoff election to be held July 31st. District 91 is a reconfigured open seat in Tarrant County including the cities of Ft. Worth Haltom City North Richland Hills Richland Hills and Watauga.
